The Creative Process:: A lesson learned in a time of Turmoil

By Mr. Andersin

With the events of the election and the aftermath where we all say sides of people we wish we haven’t we saw something worth sharing.  Many of you just signed off for a few days, others endured past it. Things have settled and we are moving forward.  There was a lesson to be learned and I will share that.  I will not REPEAT the awful comments  that where loaded to this site and  done anonymously .  It seemed they wanted to attack creators on this site for their views on facebook. I even got personal Threats.   The lesson here is we had our comments section set to monitor, Unlike Facebook we have to approve comments.  This meant only I saw the comments. NO CREATOR ATTACKED was made aware of what was said and nor will they ever know. This is something important. EVEN on FACEBOOK if you can delete comments for HATE its your job as a creator to remove them. On a personal site its your DUTY to not allow HATE to live on your WEB page or sites.  Lucky it seems over now and hopefully it will never happen again but if it does make sure you are stopping hate from spreading on the places you control.
