Yesterday we showed off the cover for Welcome to the Void issue 1. Generally people liked it, but we were told that on a shelf, it simply wouldn’t sell. We don’t have the brand to make that leap into people’s hands. I chose that cover because it meant something to me, but at the end of the day, am I making this for me, or for fans who might want to buy it?

I would like to thank all of you who offered up constructive criticism. We want to offer up a book that people would enjoy and show off to their friends. Because of this we’ve gone back to the drawing board and utilized a piece done by our friend, Don Edwards, as the cover for issue 1.

We’re excited to be taking a strong step forward and appreciate all comments. Thank you, and please, keep it coming.
