First off, thank you all for your ongoing concern and support during these challenging times – it does not go unnoticed. From the beginning, our team at MEGACON Orlando has followed the recommendations made by the CDC and the Florida Department of Health. In light of this, and with the help of our partners at Orange County Convention Center and Visit Orlando, our team has been able to move MEGACON Orlando to June 4-7, 2020.
To best support you, all purchased tickets have been automatically transferred to the new MEGACON Orlando dates, June 4-7, 2020. Your QR codes are still valid. If you’ve already printed your e-ticket, please print your updated e-ticket. If you’re unable to attend on the new dates, don’t worry. You’ll have until May 21st at 10 AM to get a refund which means you get extra time to decide if the event has all the guests and celebrities you want to see. To request a refund, simply log in to your GrowTix account, and click ‘Refund Product’ next to the ticket you no longer want. You will see the funds deposited to your account within two weeks. We’re super dedicated to delivering the ultimate fan experience and are working with all guests to confirm their availability. For now, all Photo Ops and Special Event tickets will be automatically transferred to the new MEGACON Orlando dates, June 4-7, until we have more info. Be on the watch for updates on Photo Op and Special Events as appearances are confirmed. If your favorite guest can’t make it, or you can’t, it’s alright. You will receive a refund.

Your booth will be automatically be transferred over MEGACON Orlando, June 4-7. If the dates don’t work for you, or you’re unable to make it don’t worry, everyone will have the following options.
● Confirm booth transfer to new MEGACON Orlando dates, June 4 – 7, 2020
● Transfer booth fees to MEGACON Orlando 2021 and we’ll guarantee your 2020 rate
● A full refund (please allow up to 12 weeks)
