House Rules We want to make sure our Facebook page is an awesome and friendly place for you to come, chat and meet fellow fans. To make sure the community stays rad we’ve got a couple rules we ask that you follow. 1. Watch your language. This is a family friendly page so comments and posts we consider to be profane will be hidden and/or removed. 2. Play fair. We love lively debate as long as it’s respectful. Comments and posts that are defamatory, obscene, threatening, dangerous or abusive will be hidden and/or removed. 3. Post appropriate content. We’ll hide and/or remove comments and posts that contain spam, personal information or unlawful content. The events often feature celebrities from movies and TV, artists and writers, and events such as professional photograph sessions, autograph sessions, Q & A panels, gaming tournaments and costume contests. Doors are open from 9am to 6pm on both Saturday and Sunday. Please note, onsite ticket sales will not begin until 10:00am on both Saturday and Sunday. Can I purchase tokens online? You bet!. Please note these are not infinite, and some of these will sell out, so it’s best to buy online early. How much is an autograph / photograph with [Guest]? These vary however the cost can be found on each guest’s individual bio page. Can I have more than one item signed? Yes – however each item will need to be accompanied by a token. How many people can I have in the photo? We allow up to 4 people in each photo. I want to meet [Guest], how can I do that? There are a few options – you can purchase a photograph token which gives you the opportunity to have your photo taken professionally with the guest, or an autograph token where you will be able to meet the guest and get a signature from the guests. Otherwise, we have dinner tickets still available for selected guests where you can dine along with 9 other fans and the guest. Are tickets available at the door? Yes – however these will be at a slightly higher cost. Ticket sales at the door will not begin until 10:00am. I don’t have access to a printer – can I use my phone to show you my ticket? As long as the barcode is readable to be scanned, you will be able to use your phone or tablet to present your ticket. I lost the email with my tickets. Can I get these resent to me? Upon purchasing your tickets a Showclix account would have been automatically created and login details forwarded to your nominated email address. You will be able to log in and reprint your tickets here – https://www.showclix.com/my-tickets/login. Do I have to pay to attend the panels? All panels are open to general admission. How do I collect my photos? Photos are printed on site and will be available for collection afterwards. Times vary between 30 minutes to 2 hours depending on the printing load; however the photo booth will be able to advise a better estimate at the time.
