The COMiC BOOK ADVOCATE is BACK!!!

I have decided to return to advocating at a time where I see it to be very necessary. This is not meant to be a judgment for those who have been doing things as a matter of fact a few of the sites that have done things for the last couple years have done them really well. Comics Beats , for example, have covered many stories that I found very fascinating.

However, The lack of focus on independent creators is now lacking in a huge way and has been since I left.

However, I’m not trying to be anyone’s babysitter I’m happy to help anyone who reaches out and if I can figure out a way to get them more exposure, and simply help other people chase their dreams and create their creations.

I have a skill and it comes to being able to help other people that I’m hoping to translate to myself this year, but I still want to use it to help others and right now there seems to be a very low morale when it comes to the creators. I will do my best to at least help them see that at least there are people out there willing to help.

So the Comic Book Advocate is back.

Now, how can you help me get you exposure? Join TikTok. Start making videos about your creations. as of right now, Twitter and Facebook are no longer propagating each other’s posts. Furthermore Instagram simply does not have the traction at once did and is not great for crowdfunding outside of a few people who have built a giant fan base based on their art, which is a great way to do it if you’re in an artist.

Is not at all what it used to be, and I actually debated whether or not it is wise to have an expectation of Facebook at this point .

Twitter seems to have bounced back but you have to have the right hashtags for it to work and a good wording of your work your promoting .

Comic Cons are certainly not helping creators anymore with having increased their table pricing over 100% and seven years making it something of phenomenon that is not seen outside of the comic book industry. Examples cars are not 100% more expensive but the cost of a table has now doubled in just seven years.

The good news is that TikTok is showing to have an emerging market that we can take advantage of right now.

I am happy to also announce that we will be using Comic book advocate.com to promote comics creates once again.

I do Once again, I will not chase anyone down. I am offering something that I don’t get paid for and takes time away from me so for those who think it’s too much to actually put together press releases or put together something worthy of peoples attention forget mine it’s about the consumer in the fans and the readers.

I truly hope that my efforts go to help people, but it’s up to those creators to create something that people will notice .
